Search, Delete, Download, filter & segment your contacts
On this screen you'll see your contacts details and create marketing lists.
To find a specific contact or to create a marketing list, you first need to add rules and set your search parameters.
How to Add Rules
Rules are parameters for targeting your search. These are the parameters you can choose from:
|Lead ID||Each lead that is approved and enters your account is assigned a unique ID|
|The contact's email address|
|Email Domain||The domain of the email (like Gmail.com, Hotmail.co.uk, etc.)|
|Opt-in Date||The date the user first entered the account|
|Days Since Opt-in||This is a dynamic parameter that counts the days since the contact first entered the account|
|Market||The market/country the lead came from|
|Lead Source||The lead source that generated the lead|
|Source SubID||The channels used by the source to generate the lead. This is helpful for optimization|
|Age||The age of the lead|
|Age Group||There are pre-defined age groups you can choose from|
|Phone||The contact's phone number|
|Gender||The contact's gender|
|First Name||The contact's first name|
|Last Name||The contact's last name|
|Registration IP||The IP used by the contact when opted-in (NOTE: This information is required for opt-in confirmation.)|
|Opened||A lead action indicating that the contact has opened an email|
|Clicked||A lead action indicating that the contact has clicked a link in an email|
|Unsubscribed||A lead action indicating that the contact has unsubscribed from your mailing list|
|Hard Bounce||The email address returned as hard bounce|
|Soft Bounce||The email address returned as soft bounce|
|Converted||A lead action indicating that the contact completed a purchase|
|Registered||A lead action indicating that the contact has completed registration|
|Action Time||this refers the time at which the following actions were performed: fields opened, clicked, unsubscribed, hard bounce, soft bounce, converted, and registered|
|Days Since Action Time||This is a dynamic parameter that checks the time since an action occurred|
|Token||Optinize generates a unique token for each campaign tracked by our tracking system (the token includes all the campaign details that was set on the Campaign Tracking screen)|
|Brand||this is a parameter related to Campaign Tracking containing internal or external brands/products|
|Campaign Name||the campaign name is related to the offer/creative that was used to engage with the contact (a single campaign can have more than one email)|
|External Identifier||this is an informative parameter that connects other systems identifiers to your campaign|
|Email Name||the name of the email that was sent to the contact|
|ESP||The app or system connected to your account|
|Campaign on ESP||This is the parameter used by your app or system for a specific email|
|Subject Line||The subject line used for the email|
|From Name||Who the email was from|
|URL||A specific URL that the customer has visited in|
|Pixel||The pixel Id that reflects the action the customer has taken|
|Shopping cart product ID||Information about the customer shopping cart|
|Shopping cart product name||Information about the customer shopping cart|
|Shopping cart product price||Information about the customer shopping cart|
|Shopping cart product quantity||Information about the customer shopping cart|
|Shopping cart product sub total||Information about the customer shopping cart|
|Shopping cart currency||Information about the customer shopping cart|
|Shopping cart total||Information about the customer shopping cart|
Setting the Conditions
Select the condition of each rule and value for each rule relationship. Select "AND"/"OR" commands to set the relationship between rules or group of rules.

For complicated queries create group of rules and select "AND"/"OR" commands to set the relationship between group of rules.
After setting your criteria, click the "Search" button. The button search has 4 options:
- Lead details – shows data for the actual contacts (for example, who opened an email)
- Campaign details - shows data for the contacts actions (for example, how many times the contact has opened an email)
- Product details- shows data about product pages
- Site pixel details – shows data on pixels fires back to the system. Each pixel fire confirms a process has been completed by the contact.
There are 2 options to delete leads:
Single Contact Delete:
After finding the lead using the search option, use the delete button on the contact level.
In order to delete a groups you will need to search for the leads you wish to delete then click on the "delete leads" button. This will delete all the leads on the query.
How to Export Your Leads
After you have clicked the "Search" button and can see your leads based on your parameters, you can click the "Download" button to export your query results to a CSV file.
After clicking the "download" button you will be redirected to the "Data Jobs" screen where you can see the progress of your request and once finished you will be able to download your file using the "Download CSV" button
