How to Filter Contacts

This element allows you to filter your contacts based on their actions.



There are 3 simple steps to filtering your contacts:

  1. Click on the edit button to filter your contacts.
  2. Enter the filter you would like to set. 
  3. Click the "Submit" button.

What is the Difference between "Filter" and "On Action"?

"On Action" is a shortcut for filters, allowing you to use common filter options directly from your element (like opened an email or converted to a client). This will prevent you from using a filter after each of your elements. Read More.
