Reports – Response Report


This screen shows you a report of the response you get based on four different parameters:

  1. Openers – the number of contacts who have opened your email
  2. Clicks – the number of contacts who have clicked on your email
  3. Unsubscribe – the number of contacts who have unsubscribed from your mailing list
  4. Registration – the number of contacts who have registered on your website
  5. Clients – the number of contacts who have complete a purchase

These parameters are measured by the following variables to analyze which of your actions deliver the highest response:

  1. Response by supplier
  2. Response by market
  3. Response by domain
  4. Response by age

These variables show you which channel generates the highest response. You can measure each response and compare it to other variables to understand where optimization is needed. For example, if you have high openers from a specific supplier but no clicks, this means you need to focus on improving your email content to generate a better response.
